Job summary

Speirs Gumley invites applications for a Property Manager/Senior Property Manager to join our Glasgow team, managing a varied portfolio of residential developments across the Central Belt. You will focus on client relationships, service delivery, and property inspections, supported by dedicated centralised teams to handle finance, compliance and admin.

The role is based in our Rutherglen office; a full UK driving license is essential.

Qualifications

Experience in the property industry.
Good understanding of factoring.
Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

Communicate regularly with clients.
Inspect property portfolio and attend site meetings with homeowners.
Complete inspection paperwork to a good standard and upload to database.
Follow up essential maintenance requests reported by clients or noted from site.
Review and approve expenditure within the property management system.
Work closely with contractors and suppliers to maintain high service standards.
Raise queries with suppliers’ service and resolve disputes timeously.
Attend site meetings to discuss property matters with owners and resident groups.
