Job summary

Connells Group UK in Bristol seeks a Property Manager to manage a portfolio across our brands, delivering a first-class service to landlords and tenants throughout tenancy. You will coordinate repairs, inspections, and inquiries, while building strong relationships with internal teams and clients in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to adapt to tenants' and landlords' needs.
• Experience in customer service is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate urgent and routine property repairs and updates.
• Liaise with trades, contractors, and tenants with visibility.
• Organise safety inspections and remedial works.
• Communicate with landlords after property visits.
• Assist tenants with tenancy queries.
• Make weekly calls with partners and welcome new customers.
• Respond promptly and courteously to all stakeholders.
• Maintain service levels and KPI targets.
