Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous property management experience is highly desirable; if not held, a minimum of three years customer service experience is needed.
• ARLA qualification is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Managing scheduled repairs and reactive maintenance.
• Ensuring properties remain compliant and organising EICRs, Gas Safety certificates and EPCs.
• Handling deposit returns and any disputes.
• Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
• Serving relevant notices in line with landlord instruction.
• Maintaining accurate tenancy administration records.
• Carry out property visits and check-ins when needed.
• Liaising with contractors and ensuring maintenance issues are dealt with promptly and efficiently.
