Responsibilities

• Managing scheduled repairs and reactive maintenance.
• Ensuring properties remain compliant; organise EICRs, Gas Safety certificates and EPCs.
• Handling deposit returns and any disputes.
• Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
• Serving notices in line with landlord instruction.
• Maintaining accurate tenancy administration records.
• Carry out property visits and check-ins when needed.
• Liaising with contractors to ensure timely maintenance.

Your role as a Property Manager:
