An experienced Property Manager is required to join a busy property team in Staines, providing professional support to landlords, tenants and contractors while managing the full tenancy lifecycle. This role requires excellent organisation, communication skills and a commitment to delivering high levels of customer service.
Working as part of a collaborative head office team, you will oversee property maintenance, tenancy progression, compliance matters and day-to-day queries, ensuring landlords and tenants receive regular updates and a seamless service.
This position offers the chance to develop your property management knowledge through ongoing training, exposure to changing legislation and involvement across a wide range of residential property matters.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Property Manager:
- Managing day-to-day property maintenance issues and coordinating repairs with contractors, landlords and tenants
- Overseeing planned maintenance, safety certification, remedial works and compliance requirements
- Managing invoices, quotations, insurance claims and contractor relationships
- Providing regular updates and communication to landlords and tenants throughout the tenancy
- Coordinating tenancy progression, including move-ins, tenant settling-in periods and end-of-tenancy processes
- Managing deposit negotiations, utilities, lettings administration and ensuring smooth tenancy closures
What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):
- Previous experience within a property management role, ideally with 12-18 months experience
- Strong knowledge of residential lettings processes and tenancy legislation
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
- Confident communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors
- A calm and professional approach when dealing with challenging situations
- Strong IT skills with the ability to use property management systems and software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- ARLA qualification or NFOPP Technical Award would be advantageous but is not essential
