A busy independent estate agency is looking to recruit an organised and proactive residential Property Manager to join its residential lettings team in Hemel Hempstead. This is a varied role suited to someone who enjoys delivering excellent customer service in a fast-moving environment.

Job Title: Property Manager

Location: Hemel Hempstead, HP1

Salary: £31,000 per annum

Position: Permanent, Full-Time

As Property Manager, you will oversee a portfolio of residential properties, working closely with landlords, tenants and contractors to ensure tenancies are managed efficiently and in line with current legislation.

You will handle a wide range of day-to-day property management matters, resolve issues promptly and provide a professional, organised service while maintaining high standards of communication throughout the tenancy.
