The role is permanent, full-time, based in the Dartford area, with a salary of £33,000 per annum. The successful candidate will be organised, proactive and capable of building strong relationships while maintaining high standards of compliance and property care.

• Ensure all properties meet current legislation, compliance requirements, and company standards.
• Liaise closely with the Lettings team to support smooth processes and excellent service delivery.
• Monitor portfolio performance, maintain accurate records, and identify opportunities for service improvements.
