Butters John Bee Estate Agents in Stoke-on-Trent is seeking a dedicated Property Manager to join our growing team. This role offers a clear career progression pathway, with training and support to develop your property management career.

You will handle inspections, tenancy renewals, contractor coordination, deposits, and arrears while maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants. Full UK driving licence required, and training opportunities are provided.

• Booking and conducting property inspections.

• Basic salary range of £20000 to £27500 per year, dependent on experience
• Additional £8,125 earnings expected through uncapped commission
• Minimum on-target earnings of £28125+ per year

• Full-time working hours: 08:30-18:00 (weekdays) and 09:00-17:00 (one in every four Saturday’s, with a day-in-lieu)

Driving Requirements

• You must hold a valid Full UK Driving Licence for a manual car. We cannot accept automatic-only driving licences at this time.
