butters john bee Estate Agents in Stoke on Trent is seeking a Trainee Property Manager to join our team. You’ll receive £27,844 OTE per year, uncapped commission, and full-time hours 8:30am–6pm on weekdays with one-in-four Saturdays.

Begin with comprehensive training at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre, plus 30 days annual leave, ongoing development, and clear career progression including two promotions in the first 12 months.

• Must hold a valid Full UK Driving Licence.
• Full access to own vehicle for work purposes.
• Company car may be provided later.

Responsabilidades

• Booking and conducting property inspections
• Negotiating tenancy extensions/renewals
• Co-ordinating with contractors for maintenance/repair
• Deposit returns
• Resolving rental arrears
• Processing eviction requests
• Ensuring properties meet health and safety standards
• Building relationships with landlords and tenants
• Managing complaints
• Completing check-in/out procedures and inventories

Overview

As a Trainee Property Manager at butters john bee Estate Agents in Stoke on Trent, you will receive:

• £27844 OTE per year
• Uncapped commission
• Full-time working hours: 8:30am to 6pm weekdays, and 9am to 5pm one-in-four Saturdays.

Driving Requirements

• You must hold a valid Full UK Driving Licence
• Full access to your own vehicle so that it can be used for work purposes
• Full business-use car insurance cover (if successful in securing the position - must be evidenced at time of offer)
• Progression within role will eventually result in a company car being provided to you*
