• Booking and conducting property inspections
• Negotiating tenancy extensions and renewals
• Co-ordinating with contractors to manage maintenance/repairs
• Handling deposit returns and arrears
• Processing eviction requests and ensuring health and safety standards
• Building relationships with landlords and tenants
• Managing complaints
• Completing check-in/check-out procedures with inventories

• Full-time working hours: 8:30am to 6pm weekdays, and 9am to 5pm one-in-four Saturdays.

• Booking and conducting property inspections

Driving Requirements

• You must hold a valid Full UK Driving Licence
• Full access to your own vehicle so that it can be used for work purposes
