Job summary

Tate & Harriss - Property Recruitment is seeking a Property Manager in West Drayton. You will manage a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring compliance and strong landlord/tenant relationships.

The ideal candidate has property management experience; ARLA is preferred but not essential. A driving licence is advantageous. Hybrid working may be available alongside a Monday–Friday schedule.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of approximately 150 residential properties.
• Assist in overall management duties.
• Build strong landlord/tenant relationships.
• Arrange maintenance quotes and repairs.
• Check rent payments.
• Ensure compliance with all current legislation.
• Book end of tenancy checkouts.
• Manage deposit returns and end-of-tenancy deductions.
• Arrange gas safety records and ensure 100% compliance.

Job description

We are currently recruiting for a Property Manager for our Estate Agency client based in West Drayton.

The ideal candidate must have experience in Property Management and be up to date with all current legislation.

Candidates must be a UK Resident and ideally live within a 30-minute commute of the area.

Ideally a full UK driving licence and own car but not essential.

Benefits:

• Basic up to £38,000 DOE (pro rata'd for part time)
• Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm

Responsibilities:

• Manage your own portfolio of approx. 150 residential properties
• Assist in overall management duties
• Build a strong working relationship with both landlords and tenants
• Arrange maintenance quotes and repairs
• Checking on rent payments
• Ensuring all legal compliance issues are met
• Book end of tenancy checkouts
• Deal with deposit returns and any deductions at end of tenancy
• Arrange gas safety records ensuring 100% compliance
