Job summary

Tate is seeking an organised Residential Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of around 150 properties and support landlords and tenants in the Stockley area. You will handle maintenance quotes, rent checks and ensure compliance with current legislation.

The role requires strong IT and communication skills, the ability to work to deadlines, and a customer-focused approach in a small, award-winning independent agency offering hybrid working and on-site parking.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own portfolio of approx. 150 residential properties

• Arrange maintenance quotes and repairs
• Checking on rent payments
• Ensuring all legal compliance issues are met
• Book end of tenancy checkouts
• Deal with deposit returns and any deductions at end of tenancy
• Arrange gas safety records ensuring 100% compliance

Job description

• Ensuring all legal compliance issues are met
• Book end of tenancy checkouts
• Deal with deposit returns and any deductions at end of tenancy
• Arrange gas safety records ensuring 100% compliance
• The ideal candidate must have experience in Property Management and be up to date with all current legislation.
• Candidates must be a UK Resident and ideally live within a 30-minute commute of the area. Ideally a full UK driving licence and own car but not essential.
• Previous property management experience
• ARLA preferred but not essential

• Our client is an independent Estate Agent, who offer a broad spectrum of property services including the sale, letting and management of residential property, as well as advice on the development and marketing of land and new homes are looking for an organised, self-motivated residential Property Manager.
• Basic up to £38,000 DOE (pro rata'd for part time)
• Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm
• 5 day working week OR 4 day working week
