You will be responsible for the full day-to-day management of a residential lettings portfolio across East London, ensuring properties are legally compliant, well maintained, and professionally managed, while delivering an excellent service to both landlords and tenants.

To be considered, you will ideally have at least 2 years' experience working as a property manager, along with good working knowledge of current legislation. If you are an organised and customer focussed property manager.

Personal specification:

• Experience within residential property management
• ARLA / NFoPP preferred
• Strong knowledge of UK landlord and tenant legislation
• Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage a busy portfolio in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work closely with a team to ensure that you provide excellent customer service

The package on offer for this property management role will be in the region of £28,000 to £32,000 depending on experience.
