Worth Recruiting - Property Industry Recruitment in Enfield is seeking a proactive Residential Property Manager to join a busy lettings team. You will manage a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring landlords and tenants receive an excellent level of service and timely issue resolution.

This permanent, full-time role offers opportunities to build relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors, coordinate inspections and maintenance, and contribute to the lettings department's

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of residential properties with an excellent level of service for landlords and tenants.
• Carry out regular property inspections and coordinate maintenance with contractors and suppliers.
• Handle utility-related matters and day-to-day property management issues efficiently.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, contractors and suppliers.
• Handle telephone enquiries, provide administrative support and maintain accurate property records.
• Ensure all property matters are managed professionally and in line with current legislation and best practice.
