Worth Recruiting - Property Industry Recruitment is seeking an experienced Property Manager in Basingstoke to join a busy lettings team. You will manage a local portfolio, coordinate maintenance, ensure compliance, and deliver excellent service to landlords and tenants.

This permanent, full-time role offers a salary in the £30k–£35k OTE range, with opportunities for training and progression within a respected independent business.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in residential property management or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of current lettings legislation, compliance requirements and the Renters' Rights reforms.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with landlords, tenants and contractors.
• Highly organised with the ability to prioritise a busy and varied workload.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software.
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle.
• Knowledge of the Basingstoke property market advantageous; transferable skills with 4+ years' experience accepted.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of residential properties, acting as the main contact for landlords and tenants.
• Carry out property inspections, coordinate maintenance works and oversee contractor performance.
• Manage tenancy renewals, check-outs, rent arrears and ensure all compliance documentation remains up to date.
• Respond promptly to maintenance issues and tenant enquiries, delivering a high standard of customer service.
• Maintain accurate property records, tenancy documentation and communication logs.
• Promote additional services including rent guarantee, mortgage and financial products where appropriate.

An experienced residential Property Manager is required to join a busy lettings team in Basingstoke and assisting in managing a local portfolio of properties while delivering outstanding service to landlords and tenants and ensuring every aspect of the tenancy runs smoothly.
