Gillespie Recruitment Ltd on behalf of a growing property business is recruiting a Property Manager for Seaham. You will manage a residential portfolio, nurture landlord and tenant relationships, and drive the tenancy lifecycle from application to renewal.

We are seeking a proactive, organised professional with experience in property management or lettings, strong knowledge of legislation, and excellent communication skills. A supportive team and clear progression await.
