Job description

Junior Property Manager

Location: Greenwich Peninsula
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000

Highlights:

  • Manage a reduced-size portfolio from day one, with structured training and support to build your skills at a manageable pace
  • Join an established property management business with a strong local reputation and a growing portfolio of residential lettings
  • Clear progression pathway from Junior Property Manager through to a full Property Manager role

Key selling points

  • Genuine route into a long-term property management career, with no prior industry experience required
  • Reduced portfolio size at the outset, giving you time to develop knowledge and confidence
  • Ongoing training and mentoring from experienced colleagues
  • Work within a business managing several hundred residential properties across a well-regarded development
  • Supportive, collaborative team culture with a strong emphasis on feedback and development

About the opportunity

This is an opportunity to join a well-established residential lettings and property management business, responsible for managing several hundred apartments across a significant London residential development. The business handles the full lifecycle of tenancies, from initial marketing through to end of tenancy, and works closely with both landlords and tenants to deliver a high standard of service.

As Junior Property Manager, you will take responsibility for your own portfolio from the outset, with the benefit of a reduced caseload while you build practical experience and confidence. You will report to the Property Management Team Leader and receive structured support as you develop the skills required to progress into a full Property Manager role.

What makes the role exceptional

Rather than starting with a full portfolio, you''ll build your caseload gradually, giving you room to learn processes properly and ask questions along the way. The business has a clear focus on internal development, with training and mentoring built into the role, and colleagues who are genuinely invested in your progression. You''ll also be part of a business with strong market share in its area, offering exposure to a broad range of property management scenarios.
