Job summary

People First Group is seeking an experienced Property Manager to join a well established independent agency in the Ruislip area. Take ownership of a portfolio, build strong relationships with landlords and tenants, solve problems and deliver an exceptional property management service.

You will manage day-to-day property operations, coordinate inspections, ensure compliance, handle end of tenancy processes, and provide excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within residential Property Management.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritise competing workloads.
• Confidence dealing with landlords, tenants and contractors.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• ARLA preferred but not essential.
• Must drive and own a car.

We are working on behalf of our client who is looking for an experienced and driven Property Manager to join their well established and growing independent agency in the Ruislip area.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of your portfolio, build strong relationships with landlords and tenants, solve problems and deliver an exceptional Property Management service.

Responsibilities

As a Property Manager, you'll be responsible for the ongoing management of a portfolio of properties.

You’ll work closely with landlords, tenants, contractors and colleagues to ensure properties are well managed, compliant and that issues are dealt with efficiently.

Essential experience
