Job summary

Dove & Hawk is collaborating with a well-established Property management company in Bromley to recruit a Property Manager with 3+ years of experience. The role covers Southeast region work with a clear progression path and ARLA training on offer.

The position is based in Bromley with typical hours Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5.30 pm. You will manage a portfolio of around 120 properties, liaise with landlords and tenants, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of specific Property Management experience.
• Confident communicator (verbal and written).
• Ability to work well under pressure with a degree of flexibility.
• Superb organisational and IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Managing a residential property portfolio of circa 120 properties.
• Acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants.
• Coordinating maintenance and contractor works.
• Carrying out property inspections and preparing reports.
• Ensuring compliance with Gas Safety, EICR, EPC and licensing requirements.
• Managing tenancies from move-in through to check-out.
• Resolving landlord and tenant queries efficiently.
