Worth Recruiting - Property Industry Recruitment is seeking an experienced Property Manager for its Fleet team to manage residential properties and deliver a professional service to landlords, tenants and contractors. The role requires organisation, communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving within a busy lettings environment.

The successful candidate will handle day-to-day tenancy matters, coordinate maintenance, and maintain accurate records while building strong relationships

Qualifications

• Previous experience within residential property management
• Good understanding of residential lettings and property management procedures
• Professional and customer-focused approach
• Excellent communication and telephone skills
• Highly organised with the ability to prioritise a busy workload
• Confident problem solver who can work effectively under pressure
• Ability to develop and maintain strong professional relationships
• Full UK driving licence essential, with knowledge of the Fleet area preferred

Responsibilities

• Managing a portfolio of residential rental properties on behalf of landlords
• Acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants throughout tenancies
• Coordinating maintenance, repairs and contractor visits while ensuring issues are resolved promptly
• Handling day-to-day tenancy matters and dealing with problems as they arise
• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring property management procedures and deadlines are followed
• Building strong working relationships with landlords, tenants, contractors and the wider lettings team
