Job summary

Rolls-Royce is seeking a Property Manager in Derby to join the Group Property team within Corporate Real Estate. You will manage the property portfolio, including rent reviews, lease renewals, acquisitions, and estate issues, coordinating with internal teams and external advisers.

The role requires a professional property qualification (RICS or equivalent) and at least five years of relevant experience, plus a degree or postgraduate diploma in property management.

Responsibilities

• Ensure day-to-day portfolio management activities including rent reviews, lease renewals, estate management issues, relocations, rightsizing, re-gears, and acquisitions.
• Collaborate with vendors, landlords, agents, and external suppliers to secure optimal property locations, formats, and sizes that optimize sales and minimize costs.
• Ensure Health, Safety and Environment standards for property landlords on Rolls‑Royce premises are met and implemented.
• Assist with planning/zoning applications for development and guidance on community meetings.

Obtain necessary consents for changes to the property portfolio.* Ensure the requirements of all Health, Safety and Environment standards for property landlords on Rolls‐Royce premises are available, maintained and implemented appropriately.* Acting as a professional collaborate on planning/zoning applications for development.* Provide guidance with/to our businesses on community meetings in respect to planning/zoning matters.* Coordinate and ensure appropriate supervision on business advisors on property related matters.* Ensure that all the organisation is informed to an appropriate level on all issues that are property related so that all risks can be mitigated.* Develop strategic portfolio plans including asset and property review.* Maintain the data base on all company property holdings, including owned and leased property.**Who we’re looking for:**At Rolls‐Royce we embrace agility, are bold, pursue collaboration and seek simplicity in everything we do.
