The Internal Communications Manager, Group Content role is critical in developing group-wide content and campaigns as part of a high-energy team, working at pace to drive the transformation of a FTSE 5 company at a pivotal point in our history.
The position will suit a candidate able to plan and execute employee engagement activities in support of our One Rolls-Royce purpose - motivating and mobilising employees through the use compelling content and active channel management. They will also have a deep understanding of the impact external communications can have to drive belief in our business strategy and as an employer of choice.
