Job description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Property Manager with experience in property management or a similar field to join a well-established estate agency.

This full-time role offers a salary range of £30,000 - £32,000 and benefits.

As a Property Manager, you will manage a personal portfolio of student and residential properties, ensuring their upkeep and providing exceptional service to both Landlords and tenants.

You will be responsible for:

1. Handling maintenance issues from tenants and communicating with Landlords.
2. Conducting regular property visits to identify maintenance needs and ensure safety compliance.
3. Managing tenant inquiries and maintaining up-to-date records.
4. Coordinating maintenance requests with contractors and tenants.
5. Authorising invoice payments for works completed.
6. Project managing tenancy changeovers, including cleaning, gardening, and maintenance.

What we are looking for:

1. Previously worked as a Property Manager, Lettings Manager, Estates Manager, Portfolio Manager, or in a similar role.
2. Experience in property management or a similar field.
3. Strong administrative and organisational skills.
4. Excellent communication, both verbal and written.
5. Valid UK driving licence and own vehicle.

Shifts:

1. Monday - Friday: 9:00am - 5:30pm
2. Every other Saturday: 9:00am - 3:30pm
