We’re Hiring: Property Manager – Bournemouth

Join our award-winning team at Martin & Co Bournemouth, train as a Residential Property Manager and play a key role in our busy lettings operation.

What You’ll Do

️ Manage a portfolio of up to 200 residential units
️ Coordinate repairs, maintenance, move-ins & move-outs
️ Liaise with landlords, tenants & contractors
️ Handle renewals, deposit disputes, complaints & compliance
️ Keep our properties legal & loved
️ Use our CRM to stay on top of every detail


What We’re Looking For

Strong communicator & problem solver
Calm under pressure, highly organised
Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset
Full UK driving licence required


Schedule

• Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• 1 weekend/month for emergency support (remote)
• 20 days holiday plus bank holidays ️


The Package

£30,000 base + commission (OTE £34,000)
45p/mile fuel allowance
Full-time | Based in Bournemouth
