Job summary

The Bristol Residential Letting Co in Bath is seeking a Property Manager to join a supportive, professional team and build a long-term career with us. You will manage your own portfolio of residential properties and be the main point of contact for landlords and tenants.

With around 12+ months in lettings or property management, you’ll handle tenancy issues, maintenance, inspections, and compliance while delivering excellent customer service in a role with clear progression and strong backing

Qualifications

• Around 12+ months experience in lettings or property management.
• Organised, proactive, and confident dealing with clients.
• A strong sense of customer service.
• Someone who takes pride in doing things properly.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage tenancy and landlord/tenant relationships.
• Handle maintenance issues from start to resolution.
• Coordinate contractors for property work.
• Carry out property inspections.
• Manage check-outs and deposit negotiations.
• Ensure compliance (Gas Safety, EPC, EICR etc.).

The role

Youll manage your own portfolio of residential properties, acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants.

This includes:

• Managing tenancies and tenant/landlord relationships
• Handling maintenance issues from start to resolution
• Coordinating contractors
• Carrying out property inspections
• Managing check-outs and deposit negotiations
• Ensuring compliance (Gas Safety, EPC, EICR etc.)

What were looking for

(ARLA/NAEA qualifications are a bonus, not essential.)

Salary & Benefits

• £30,400 basic + £1,000 annual bonus (OTE £31,400)
