Qualifications

• Experience as an Administrator or Customer Service role is desirable.
• Resilient, positive, numerate and detail oriented.
• Organised and able to prioritise workload in a fast paced environment.
• Keen interest in learning and keeping up to date with industry changes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage move ins including arranging day to day maintenance.
• Ensure safety certificates are in place and notices are served per regulations.
