Connells Group UK in Cardiff is seeking a Renewals Administrator to complement our Lettings Support Centre. You will provide tenancy administration support to branches, landlords and tenants from our Cardiff office.

Aufgaben

• Ensure the smooth transition throughout the renewal process.
• Obtaining instructions from landlords before the end of the tenancy.
• Preparing new tenancy agreements.
• Administering periodic tenancies.
• Chasing in unsigned tenancy agreements.
• Sending notification to our accounts team.
• Any other administration tasks as required.
