The role focuses on delivering high-quality service to landlords and tenants, ensuring compliance, and maintaining properties to a high standard.

The successful candidate will be organised, proactive and confident in building strong relationships while upholding excellent service throughout the management process.

• Ensure all properties meet current legislation, compliance requirements, and company standards.
• Liaise with the Lettings team to support smooth processes and excellent service delivery.
• Monitor portfolio performance, maintain accurate records, and identify opportunities for service improvements.
