Worth Recruiting – Property Industry Recruitment is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee a residential portfolio in the Woking area. You will liaise with landlords, tenants and contractors, coordinate maintenance and inspections, and ensure compliance while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Ideal candidates have prior residential property management experience, strong knowledge of lettings legislation, and excellent organisational and communication skills.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Property Manager:

• Managing a residential portfolio from tenancy commencement through to tenancy end
• Acting as the main point of contact for landlords, tenants and contractors
• Coordinating maintenance, repairs and property inspections
• Ensuring legal compliance and maintaining accurate property records
• Resolving tenancy issues promptly and delivering exceptional customer service
• Working closely with the lettings team to ensure seamless property handovers

• Previous experience in residential Property Management is essential
• Excellent knowledge of residential lettings legislation and compliance
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a busy workload
• Professional and confident communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to build strong relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors
• ARLA qualification or willingness to work towards one would be advantageous
• Positive, proactive and customer-focused approach
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
