Job summary

Kisimul Group Ltd. is seeking a Property Maintenance professional to oversee and support maintenance across its residential care homes, schools and related properties in North Cambridgeshire and South Lincolnshire.

You will manage workloads, coordinate external services and ensure safety and compliance in daily operations. You will liaise with managers to deliver proactive, responsive maintenance, schedule works, and apply health and safety requirements while developing your skills in a

Qualifications

• Ability to organise and oversee maintenance repairs to property.
• Experience supervising external contractors and internal operatives.
• Experience with audits, compliance systems and servicing regimes (boilers, fire equipment, etc).
• IT literacy including MS Word/Excel, email and defect logging apps.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an effective preventative planned maintenance service (PPM).
• Arrange for unplanned or emergency works and reactive repairs.
• Supervise external contractors when required for specific works.
• Record faults and hazards and report/resolving promptly.
• Liaise with care home/school managers to minimise disruption and ensure safety.
• Schedule works and manage internal/external labour; procure materials and equipment.
• Follow Safe Systems of Work, Risk Assessments and Method Statements.
• Attend meetings and training; maintain clear records; promote good housekeeping.
