Job summary

Kisimul Group Ltd is seeking a Property Maintenance professional to support North Cambridgeshire and South Lincolnshire. Based at Calman Colaiste, Thorney, Peterborough, you will oversee maintenance for residential care homes, schools and related properties, coordinating with senior managers to deliver a proactive service.

You will manage planned and reactive works, supervise external contractors, schedule tasks, ensure safety compliance, and maintain effective, client-focused delivery for

Qualifications

• Ability to organise and oversee maintenance to property
• Experience supervising external principal and sub-contractors
• Experience with property audits, compliance systems and servicing regimes
• IT literacy including MS Word/Excel, email and defect logging
• Practical, flexible with a hands-on approach; valid driving licence

Responsibilities

• Deliver a preventative planned maintenance service (PPM).
• Arrange for unplanned or emergency works and reactive repairs.
• Supervise external contractors for specified works.
• Record faults, hazards and complete reporting promptly.
• Liaise with care home/school managers to minimise disruption.
• Schedule works and procure materials/equipment per policy.
• Follow health and safety regulations and risk assessments.
• Attend trainings and maintain accurate information records.
• Promote good housekeeping and client-focused service.
