Job summary

Kisimul Group is seeking a Property Maintenance Supervisor (Lincs North West) to join the Property Team and actively support the maintenance and development of residential care homes, schools, and ancillary properties. Based from Breagha House, Hayton, the role covers a regional remit with transport provided for other properties as needed.

Qualifications

• GCSE level education required; trade qualifications desirable but not essential if time-served experience is held.
• Class B driving licence is required.
• Experience in property maintenance supervisory roles is essential.
• Ability to plan and oversee maintenance work and coordinate external contractors.

Responsibilities

• Based from Breagha House, Hayton, with satellite properties within Lincs North West.
• Assist the Group Property Manager (North) with developing and delivering proactive property maintenance services.
• Coordinate unplanned or emergency works and ensure safe, compliant arrangements with external contractors.
• Liaise with Care Home/School Managers regarding planned and reactive works.
• Schedule works, procure materials and manage internal/external labour within policy.
