Kisimul Group Limited is seeking a Property Maintenance Supervisor for the Lincs North West region. Based at Breagha House, Hayton, you will support the Group Property Manager (North) and oversee maintenance across residential care homes, schools, and ancillary properties.

You will manage workloads, coordinate external contractors, and ensure safe, proactive service delivery. The role requires GCSE (or equivalent), a Class B driving licence, and 5 years in property maintenance with 3 years in

• Assist the Group Property Manager (North) in developing and delivering a proactive maintenance service.
• Support unplanned or emergency works with effective arrangements.
