Job summary

Criterion is seeking an organised and proactive Maintenance Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day maintenance operation across our PRS portfolio. You will coordinate engineers, manage admin trackers, and ensure maintenance tasks and compliance requirements are progressed efficiently.

Qualifications

• Experience in property maintenance, facilities management, engineering or a similar operational environment.
• Strong coordination and organisational skills, with attention to detail.
• Experience working with engineers, contractors, maintenance teams or external suppliers.
• Good understanding of day-to-day property maintenance operations and compliance requirements.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to deal confidently with engineers, contractors and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow up on outstanding actions.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for maintenance queries and urgent operational issues.
• Coordinate engineer attendance across PRS sites and progress maintenance jobs to completion.
• Monitor outstanding jobs, parts, materials and procurement requirements that may delay works.
• Oversee the Maintenance VA team, prioritising workloads and escalations.
• Maintain accurate operational trackers and ensure maintenance information is up to date.
• Coordinate statutory and compliance requirements, including fire safety tasks and other obligations.
