Residential Living Recruitment is assisting a growing Single Family Housing operator to recruit an Estates & Maintenance Coordinator. This role owns maintenance operations across a rental portfolio and helps shape the way residential assets are cared for in the UK.

Key responsibilities include reviewing maintenance requests, assessing contractor quotations, ensuring repairs are completed to a high standard, monitoring spend and contractor performance, and supporting an excellent resident

We're working with a growing Single Family Housing (SFH) operator to recruit an Estates & Maintenance Coordinator.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in property, housing, facilities or maintenance operations who enjoys taking ownership and making commercial decisions.
