The Recruitment Co in Dungannon is seeking a Maintenance Officer to join the property and housing services team. The role includes inspections, contractor liaison, and customer service in a busy setting. Immediate start, temporary until January 2027, at £16.90 per hour for 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Ideal candidates have 1-5 years in maintenance or related fields, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders. Basic Access NI clearance is required.

• Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.

Mansioni

• Carry out property inspections including pre- and post-repair inspections.
• Inspect properties after fire, flood or change of tenancy events.
• Authorize maintenance and repair works per procedures.
• Monitor completed works to ensure quality standards.
• Liaise with contractors and stakeholders to meet timescales.
• Raise and authorize emergency works when needed.
• Investigate maintenance issues and arrange remedial actions.
• Provide tenants with progress updates and guidance.
• Support planned maintenance programmes (kitchens, bathrooms, heating, external works).
