Job summary

The role focuses on delivering reactive repairs, void repairs, and planned maintenance across occupied and vacant blocks, ensuring work meets regulatory and policy standards.

Job Title: Repairs and Maintenance Officer

About the Role / Job Summary:

A leading organisation is seeking a dedicated Repairs and Maintenance Officer to join their team for a temporary role for a period of around 3-6 months. This role involves delivering reactive repairs, void repairs, cyclical and planned maintenance in both occupied and unoccupied housing and mixed tenure blocks. The successful candidate will ensure that all maintenance work meets statutory, regulatory, and policy requirements while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.
