Sovereign Network Group (SNG) is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead the Property Services Team from the Hurn Hub in Christchurch, covering the Southampton locality. You will oversee a team of 12+ trades operatives and external contractors to deliver planned and responsive maintenance in customers' homes.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will drive safe, high-quality, value-for-money services, manage budgets, and ensure data integrity across property systems while maintaining strong

Qualifikationen

• Experience of managing a direct labour workforce for maintenance services.
• Ability to plan and deliver workstreams in a customer-focused environment.
• Strong budgeting skills to forecast income and expenditure.
• Knowledge of health, safety and environmental legislation and CDM.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Full UK driving licence; willingness to travel.
