Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role involving property maintenance and cleaning services. Responsibilities include day-to-day maintenance tasks, cleaning, and minor repairs.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Experience in commercial and residential real estate
• Sales skills
• Attention to detail and good time management
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
• Property maintenance or cleaning experience is a plus
• Valid driving licence and own vehicle

Skills Required

• Basic handyman repairs (e.g., fixing doors, hinges, handles)
• Painting, decorating, plastering
• Basic electrical work (changing fittings, resetting breakers)
• Installing shelves, curtain rails, pictures
