Mobile Engineer
Location: Nottingham
Salary: Up to £45k DOE
Pareto is currently looking for a Mobile Engineer to join us on a permanent basis across our business.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely completion of all maintenance and reactive tasks related to client assets. Act as the first response for all M&E and Fabric issues.
- Perform regular inspections, including statutory, mandatory, and insurance requirements, to maintain the safety and efficiency of M&E installations, fire safety, firefighting equipment, and security systems. Coordinate with client staff as needed.
- Maintain accurate records and manage computer-based systems in accordance with standards, including statutory testing, technical records, files, diaries, drawings, and reports.
- Carry out maintenance on M&E services and installations such as electrical systems, heating, hot water, fire alarms, security systems, machinery, lifts, etc.
- Complete works to standard, within budget, and in line with client requirements, providing regular updates to the Pareto FM Account Manager and client liaison.
- Support subcontractors in routine and emergency maintenance, including out-of-hours work.
- Assist in setting maintenance priorities, planning programs, and budgets.
- Help prepare and oversee delegated planned maintenance projects, including scheduling, specifications, and quality checks.
- Provide technical advice and support to the client as needed.
- Collaborate with other professionals on project work, providing site and maintenance information.
- Work with the client and Pareto FM staff to promote best practices in M&E maintenance and procedures.
- Participate in site and property team activities, providing technical input on security, health and safety, risk assessments, utilities, disaster planning, etc.
- Implement the Asset Management Plan to support planning and management of estate works.
- Perform other related tasks as directed by the client and Pareto FM.
- Serve as the primary contact for the client during issues.
- Be adaptable to a variety of workplace tasks to support business continuity.
Key Skills:
- Deep understanding of electrical and mechanical principles and systems
- Experience in a Building Services Engineer role
- Ability to work independently with high standards
- Relevant qualification in electrical or mechanical engineering
