Commercial Property Locum
Sellick Partnership is currently recruiting on behalf of our Local Authority client for a Commercial Property Locum to work on a project involving the sale of capital assets.
The successful candidate will work alongside external solicitors and will be responsible for managing the sales process and coordinating project activities between the in-house team and external lawyers.
Key duties include:
This project is expected to last between 6 to 12 months.
Both full-time and part-time hours will be considered.
The client is open to candidates with varying levels of experience, including NQ solicitors, those returning to work after a break, or experienced lawyers.
Hybrid and remote working options are available.
