Qualifications

• Erfahrung in der Verwaltung von Immobilienstreitigkeiten mit minimaler Aufsicht.
• Komfortabel im Umgang mit verschiedenen Rechtsstreitigkeiten.

Responsibilities

• Verwalten Sie Ihren eigenen Fallstamm in Immobilienstreitigkeiten.
• Bearbeiten Sie Streitigkeiten zwischen Vermietern und Mietern sowie Schuldeneintreibungen.

Job Title: Property Litigation Locum

Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Property Litigation Locum to join one of our distinguished clients in the North East of England for an initial period of 1 month.

The position offers a hybrid working arrangement, with a preference for candidates who are available on a full-time basis.

The successful candidate will be a qualified Solicitor, comfortable with managing their own caseload with minimal supervision across the following areas:

1. Lease disputes
2. Landlord and tenant disputes
3. Debt recovery

Hourly rate: Dependant on prior experience.
