Are you a driven recruiter ready to level up your career? We’re looking for a Finance and Accounting Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team.

As a key member of our specialist recruitment team, you’ll be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and placing finance and accounting professionals across a range of industries. Working with both SMEs and global brands, you'll build strong relationships, deliver expert advice, and drive recruitment solutions tailored to client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from business development to candidate placement
• Build and nurture client relationships to become a trusted recruitment partner
• Source, screen, and interview top finance and accounting talent
• Provide market insights, salary benchmarking, and career advice
• Work towards individual and team targets in a supportive, collaborative environment

About You:

• Proven experience in finance/accounting recruitment OR strong sales/recruitment experience with a passion for the finance sector
• Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills
• A self-starter with resilience, ambition, and a results-driven mindset
• Knowledge of the UK finance and accounting market (desirable)
