Job Details

PROPERTY LITIGATION SOLICITOR, LOCUM, 3+ PQE, CIRCA GBP 35-GBP 45 PER HOUR, BEDFORDSHIRE/HYBRID. A well-regarded firm is seeking an experienced litigation solicitor to join their team on an interim basis for approximately two months. Job ref: 9654.

The appointed Property Litigation Solicitor will handle a range of property, civil, and commercial litigation cases, including boundary disputes, nuisance claims, and property damage matters.

Responsibilities

1. Provide precise legal advice, managing client expectations through clear explanations of decisions and concise outlines of the claims process.
2. Applicants should have a minimum of 3 years' experience in Litigation, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Offer flexible working arrangements, including hybrid working with some remote days.
