PROPERTY LITIGATION SOLICITOR, LOCUM, 3+ PQE, CIRCA £35-£45 PER HOUR, BEDFORDSHIRE/HYBRID

A well-regarded firm is seeking an experienced litigation solicitor to join their team on an interim basis for approximately two months. Job ref: 9654.

Responsibilities

1. Handle a range of property, civil, and commercial litigation cases, including boundary disputes, nuisance claims, and property damage matters.
2. Provide precise legal advice and manage client expectations through clear explanations of decisions and the claims process.

Candidate Requirements
