Job summary

Zero Surplus in Hertfordshire is seeking a Property Litigation Solicitor to join our established litigation team. The role focuses on contentious property matters, including service charge and ground rent disputes, with the chance to handle 100+ matters in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will have 3+ years' property litigation experience (PQE 1+ year acceptable) and strong organisational, prioritisation and advocacy skills. Hybrid working two days from home per week.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' property litigation experience preferred.
• Experience with service charge and ground rent disputes is desirable.
• Ability to manage a substantial caseload and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high-volume cache of contentious property matters.
• Work in hybrid pattern with 2 days from home per week.
• Support integration and development in Hertford office.
