An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Newly Qualified Solicitor to join a well-established and growing property litigation team in Hertfordshire.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an NQ solicitor who is keen to build a career within property litigation. Previous experience in the area is not essential, but you will need a genuine interest in the specialism, a strong willingness to learn and the ability to quickly develop your technical knowledge.
You will work on a high volume of litigation matters, primarily focused on service charge and ground rent disputes, alongside wider landlord and tenant matters. Given the volume of work, this role would particularly suit someone who enjoys working at pace, managing competing priorities and developing their caseload management skills.
