AJ Chambers is partnering with a leading Hertfordshire law firm to appoint a Senior Property Litigation Solicitor. You will manage a varied caseload with autonomy, handling complex residential and commercial disputes, including freehold/leasehold issues, dilapidations and easements.

The role offers a clear pathway to Partnership, a competitive salary and bonus scheme, and hybrid working. Prior experience in real estate disputes is essential.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in property litigation and real estate disputes.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload with autonomy across commercial and residential property disputes.
• Advise clients on merits of claims, defences, and counterclaims.
• Mentor and support junior lawyers within the team.
• Maintain proactive client communication throughout the matter lifecycle.
• Contribute to business development and growth of the practice.
