Job summary

Motus Recruitment is seeking a Property Litigation Solicitor for a progressive regional law firm on the Surrey/Hampshire border. The role offers hybrid working and a £60,000–£70,000 salary with an exceptional bonus.

You will handle landlord/tenant and other property disputes, advising clients and representing them in negotiation and court proceedings. The ideal candidate will be qualified in England and Wales with 2+ years PQE in property litigation, and possess strong communication and advocacy

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales.
• 2+ years PQE in property litigation.
• Knowledge of landlord/tenant law and property legislation.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.
• Client-focused and empathetic.

Responsibilities

• Advise and represent clients in property disputes (commercial and residential).
• Manage a diverse caseload independently.
• Draft legal documents (pleadings, agreements, etc.).
• Handle mediations, arbitrations, and court advocacy if required.
• Stay updated on property law and provide tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with colleagues and promote diversity and inclusion.
