Senior Property Litigation Solicitor | Hertfordshire

AJ Chambers is delighted to be partnering with an award-winning, Tier 1 Legal 500 law firm as it continues to grow its highly regarded Property Litigation team in Hertfordshire.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced real estate disputes lawyer to join a well-established and high-performing team that is recognised for handling complex, high-value residential and commercial property disputes.

The role

You will manage your own varied caseload with a high level of autonomy, advising a broad client base across a wide range of contentious property matters, including:

• Freehold and leasehold disputes
• Lease renewals, terminations, and breach of lease matters
• Rent arrears and non-payment issues
• Dilapidations
• Easements and rights of way
• Trespass and nuisance claims
• Land Registry and First-tier Tribunal applications

Additional responsibilities

• Managing cases efficiently and ensuring compliance with court and tribunal deadlines
• Assessing claims and advising clients on the merits of claims, defences, and counterclaims
